- Q: How to remove and install Door Handle,Door Latch Assembly and Door Lock Cylinder on Chrysler 200?A: Disconnect the cable from the remote ground terminal or battery. Remove the door trim panel. Disconnect the door harness connector from the body harness. Disconnect the window glass from the Window Regulator and remove the window glass. Release the clips securing the linkage to the door latch, and disconnect the linkages from the door latch. Remove the fasteners securing the door module and remove the door module. Installation is the reverse of removal. Raise the window to the full-up position. Remove the door trim panel. Remove the rubber door latch access cover located on the door module. Remove the latch retaining screws. Disconnect the exterior door handle and lock cylinder linkage from the latch. If working on the driver's door, disconnect the lock cylinder linkage at the latch. Push upward on the latch locator bracket to release the bracket from the door module. Remove the interior door handle release cable from the door latch.
