How to Remove and Install an Evaporator on Dodge Grand Caravan?

Remove the heater and air conditioning unit assembly. Remove the expansion valve sealing plate seal and the seal screw from under the plate and lift the evaporator out of the housing. Installation is the reverse of removal. If a new evaporator is being installed, pour one ounce of refrigerant oil into it prior to installation.
