How Do You Replace the Fuel Injectors on a Dodge Grand Caravan?

Relieve fuel system pressure and disconnect negative battery cable. Remove air cleaner assembly, accelerator cable, and electrical connectors for AIS motor and TPS. Disconnect vacuum hose connections, PCV, brake booster hoses, and EGR tube flange. Unplug electrical connectors for charge temperature and coolant temperature sensors, detach vacuum hoses, and disconnect fuel hoses from fuel rail. Remove air intake plenum and cover intake manifold. Disconnect vacuum hoses from fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator, unplug electrical connector for fuel injector wiring harness, and remove fuel pressure regulator. Remove fuel rail assembly and clean injector holes. Lubricate injector O-rings and install injectors. Install fuel rail mounting bolts, fuel pressure regulator, and hose assembly. Plug in electrical connector for fuel injector wiring harness and reattach vacuum harness. Reconnect fuel line to fuel rail and tighten hose clamps. Reconnect vacuum harness to air intake plenum and plug in electrical connectors. Reattach EGR tube flange, PCV, and brake booster hoses. Install air cleaner assembly and connect negative battery cable.
