    A: Raise the window completely and remove the door trim panel and water shield. Remove the door speaker. Remove the fasteners at the rear glass run channel and move the channel away from the latch (Remove the fasteners securing the pull cup bracket). This provides a little extra working room in the latch area inside the door. Rotate the plastic retaining clips off the rods, then detach the latch links. Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove the three mounting screws (it may be necessary to use an impact-type screwdriver to loosen them), then remove the latch from the door ( Remove the latch mounting screws). Place the latch in position and install the screws. Tighten the screws securely. Connect the link rods and electrical connector to the latch. The remainder of installation is the reverse of removal.
