How to Remove and Replace a Radiator on Dodge Magnum?

Disconnect the battery cable and drain the cooling system. Remove the upper radiator hose and plastic panels. Remove the cooling fan assembly and lower the engine splash shield. Remove the lower radiator hose and mounting fasteners for the air conditioning condenser. Carefully tilt the radiator and lift it from the engine compartment. Make note of the location and condition of all rubber mounting bushings and replace them if necessary. Install the radiator and fill the cooling system. Start the engine and check for leaks.
