    How to remove Fuel Injectors and Fuel Rail on Dodge Ram 1500 and Ram 1500? Posted by Customer
    A:
    To change the fuel injectors, remove the upper intake manifold. Unplug any vacuum hoses and electrical connectors that inhibit fuel rail removal. Take out the ignition coils and clean any debris around the injectors. Detach the fuel rail and injectors as a unit. Disconnect the supply line and the electrical connectors from the injectors. Detach the fuel rail and injectors together.

    What do you do after removing the injectors from the fuel rail for the 2006 Dodge Charger? Posted by Customer

    Discard the O-rings, and install new O-rings lubricated with clean engine oil. Install the injectors into the fuel rail. After installation, activate the fuel pump by turning the ignition switch to ON without operating the starter. Repeat this step two or three times and check for fuel leakage.
