    First of all, loosen the wheel nuts, raise the vehicle, and remove the front wheels. You can disconnect the brake hose from the strut, remove the upper mounting nuts, and detach the strut. Inspect the strut and spring assembly for damage. To install, position the strut with the studs through the shock tower and tighten the nuts. Attach the strut to the steering knuckle, and insert the mounting bolts and washer plate.
