    Lift the car above the ground with a jack and then put supporting triangular jacks underneath it. 1.0 removed the driveshaft assembly. Enumerate the relationship between the first part of the driveshaft and the second part of the driveshaft. Slack off the slip-joint boot clamp and draw back the boot over the forward part of the rear driveshaft. Remove the rear driveshaft from the rear of the aircraft and pull out the shaft from this middle bearing. Bring the front driveshaft and center bearing to an automotive machine shop and the old bearing can be pressed off while a new bearing will be pressed on. Removal: Installation is the other face of removal. Ensure that the match marks align in order to appropriately 'time' the driveshaft.

Reinstall in reverse order, ensuring match marks align for correct driveshaft phasing.
