Loosen the wheel lug nuts, raise the vehicle, and securely support it on jackstands. Remove the wheels. Remove the nut and bolt that secure the link to the knuckle. Mark the position of the inner pivot bolt adjuster cam to the subframe using a marker or crayon. Avoid scratching the finish of the crossmember when making your mark. Hold the bolt in place and remove the nut. Remove the bolt and detach the toe link from the subframe. Install the inner pivot and adjuster cams, aligning them with the marks you made earlier. Raise the rear suspension with a floor jack placed under the knuckle to simulate normal ride height, then tighten the fasteners. Install the wheels and lug nuts, lower the vehicle, and tighten the lug nuts.

Remove the nut and bolt that secure the link to the knuckle. Hold the bolt in place and remove the nut. Remove the bolt and detach the toe link from the subframe.
