    The air conditioning pressure switch is located on the high pressure line. To replace the switch, begin by disconnecting the cable(s) from the negative battery terminal(s). Then, unplug the electrical connector from the pressure switch and unscrew the old switch. Installation is the reverse of removal, making sure to lubricate the 0-ring with clean refrigerant oil before installing the new switch.
