    How to Remove the EGR Valve and EGR Tube on Chrysler Sebring? Posted by Customer

    The EGR valve is bolted to the rear end of the rear-bank cylinder head. Remove the EVAP purge solenoid valve and disconnect the electrical connector. Next, remove the lower EGR tube nut from the exhaust manifold and the lower EGR tube bolts from the EGR valve. For the upper EGR tube, remove the two bolts securing the lower end of the pipe to the EGR valve and disconnect the upper end from the intake manifold. Remove the old gasket between the upper pipe and the EGR valve, as well as the old rubber silicone seals from the EGR pipe.
