Disassembly process involves the following: Erase the system cooling fans and also the shroud. Remove the drivebelts and rotate the belt tensioner in the opposite direction to the crankshaft pulley. Coat the portion of the hub of the pulley with clean engine oil, ensure that the groove in the pulley is properly engaged with the key on the crankshaft, insert the crankshaft pulley over the crank shaft as far as it may go to be followed by the use of a vibration damper installation tool in forcing it the rest of the way. Replace the crankshaft pulley retaining bolt and tighten it to the recommend torque. The rest of the installation is done in the reverse sequence of what was followed to remove it.
