Disconnect the heater hoses from the heater core inlet and outlet pipes. Remove the Coolant Reservoir and instrument panel. Disconnect the refrigerant line connector block and expansion valve. Disconnect the vacuum lines from the brake power booster. Remove the drain tube and evaporator drain hose. Remove the defroster duct from the HVAC housing. Remove the HVAC mounting nuts and bolts.
