    Q:
What should be done if the starter turns over slowly for the 2006 Chrysler Town & Country? Posted by Customer
    A:
Perform a cranking voltage and current draw test with the starter assembly on the engine. The battery voltage should not drop below 8.0 volts (manual transaxle) or 8.5 volts (automatic transaxle) during cranking, and the current draw should be between 250-400 amps. If values are off, replace the starter.

    Q:
How do you install the starter for the 2003 Chrysler Town & Country? Posted by Customer
    A:
When installing the starter, don't forget to install the spacer. Make sure that the word UP on the spacer is facing toward the starter motor and that the lip on the spacer is inserted between the block and the transaxle bellhousing. Installation is otherwise the reverse of removal. Don't forget to install the spacer, and be sure to tighten the starter mounting bolts securely.
