    For replacement, follow these steps: Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery. Raise the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands (if not already done). Position a jack under the engine oil pan with a large wood block between the jack head and the oil pan. If you're removing the right side engine mount, remove the alternator support bracket. Remove the engine mount-to-subframe nuts and raise the engine with the jack. Remove the mount-to-engine bracket bolts. Install the new mount, making sure it is correctly positioned in the bracket. Install the fasteners and tighten them securely.
