    How do you remove and install a door handle and lock cylinder on Chrysler Laser? Posted by Customer

    Lower the window and disconnect the battery. Remove the door trim panel and peel back the liner to expose the rear of the major access hole. If equipped, remove the illuminated entry switch using a fabricated tool. Disconnect the handle links from the latch and the lock. Remove the two retaining nuts, pull the handle out, and take out the lock cylinder from the handle. Place the key cylinder in the handle, install the retainer, and tighten the screws securely. Install the handle in the door and tighten the nuts securely. Connect the links to the handle and the lock, then install the illuminated entry switch followed by the door trim panel.
