Avoid over-tightening.Position the pulley onto the drive hub and install the mounting bolts finger-tight.Install the drivebelt and tighten the pulley bolts to the specified torque. Avoid over-tightening. Position the pulley onto the drive hub and install the mounting bolts finger-tight. Install the drivebelt and tighten the pulley bolts to the specified torque. The remaining steps of installation involve reversing the removal process. Refill and bleed the cooling system after completing the installation.
