A: To remove the radiator, start by disconnecting the cable from the negative terminal of the battery. Set the parking brake and raise the front of the vehicle, supporting it securely on jackstands. Drain the cooling system and remove the Engine Cooling Fans. Disconnect the lower radiator hose and remove the bolt securing the transaxle cooler line junction block. Move the condenser slightly forward and lift the radiator out of the vehicle. Clean the radiator with a garden hose and check the rubber mounts for deterioration. To install the radiator, make sure the air conditioning condenser is properly attached before seating the radiator into the lower rubber mounts. Fill the cooling system with the proper mixture of antifreeze and water. Start the engine, check for leaks, and allow it to reach normal operating temperature. Recheck the coolant level and add more if necessary.
